In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
Subscription fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Access to subscription content may be suspended if fees remain unpaid after written notice. All fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which shall be charged at the applicable Irish rate where relevant.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website, the Content and the Services, including but not limited to economic reviews, reports, methodologies, models and data compilations, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Primex Economic or its licensors.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use reports and materials delivered as part of the Services for their own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or make any Content available to third parties, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by a signed service agreement.
